Hublot expands its Spirit of Big Bang family by unveiling two Ceramic Beige timepieces.
Ceramic, a high-tech and distinctive material, has been present in Hublot’s collections since 2005. It is also a symbol of innovation for the watchmaking house, which has become the leader in the production of ceramic, with a wide variety of colours (black, white, navy blue, pastel pink and pastel blue) and a world-first patented in 2018: bright red ceramic. The Spirit of Big Bang Ceramic Beige plays with the layering of its greige alligator strap on white rubber and its sand-coloured sunray dial, with its bezel either in King Gold 18K or polished titanium set with 50 diamonds. Emphasising its emblematic barrel case, the beige highlights the softness of the style in ceramic with a velvety touch. With its urbanite and contemporary appearance, both uninhibited and neutral, the Spirit of Big Bang Ceramic Beige asserts its timelessness and its mix-and-match spirit. It goes with all outfits and is at home anywhere, from the office to the catwalk, from the sea to the mountains. The 39mm diameter case of the watch elegantly slides onto your wrist. The self-winding movement provides this timepiece an impressive 50-hours power reserve.
Over the years, Hublot demonstrated to be a master in the creation and industrialisation of sapphire crystal watch cases. It all started with the Big Bang Unico Sapphire in 2016, their first sapphire watch.
With the new Big Bang Integral Tourbillon Full Sapphire, the Swiss brand goes one step further by integrating case and bracelet, both of which are made from sapphire.
The Hublot Spirit of Big Bang replica is the only Hublot watch to feature a barrel-shaped case. A skeletonized dial gives this timepiece the extra sense of extravagance that Hublot has become famous for. Top models also boast a moon phase display or tourbillon. The Hublot Spirit of Big Bang made its debut in 2014.
This Spirit of Big Bang is the perfect example of this. Hublot took different shapes and sizes of diamonds and set them in the case, dividing each with a white gold rim that holds the gemstone. Such a setting is extremely difficult to accomplish, especially on the already complex case shape of the Replica Hublot Spirit of Big Bang.
Diamonds have the power to transform the look of a watch completely. It can give sportive watches a touch of elegance, where it makes quite a difference if the understated baguette-cut is selected, or the more vibrant brilliant cut, while a mixture of both has an appeal of its own as well. For Hublot, diamonds are part of the ‘Art of Fusion,’ as they seamlessly integrate them in the following four stunning watches;
As can be expected from a brand like Hublot, does it not settle for just an ordinary setting when decorating one of their watches with diamonds. This Spirit of Big Bang is the perfect example of this. Hublot took different shapes and sizes of diamonds and set them in the case, dividing each with a white gold rim that holds the gemstone. Such a setting is extremely difficult to accomplish, especially on the already complex case shape of the Spirit of Big Bang. The result is breathtaking, as it looks like cracked ice with an ice-hole at the bottom through which we don’t see water, but a tourbillon.
Like a modern alchemist, the master of the Art of Fusion, Hublot has rendered this fleeting optical phenomenon immutable by designing the Spirit of Big Bang Rainbow, two 39-mm and 42-mm timepieces, thus enshrouding the beginning of 2020 with good omens.
